As professionals with decades of experience in mental health, coaching, and technology, we saw a gap. Too many people were struggling alone. Either waiting for their next therapy session or not accessing support at all. That’s why we built Therapy Ally: an always-available, AI-powered companion grounded in evidence-based therapeutic frameworks like CBT, DBT, IFS, ACT and mindfulness.

Therapy Ally is not therapy, and it’s not a chatbot with canned responses.
