How to Delete Your Data

At Therapy Ally, you’re always in control. If you’d like to delete your data, here’s how:

1. Open the Therapy Ally app.

2. Tap the Settings icon in the lower right corner.

3. Scroll down to Other Settings.

4. Select Clear History.

5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

This will permanently erase your conversation history, session notes, and any personal details you’ve shared. Once deleted, this information cannot be recovered.

You can also choose to delete your entire account from the same menu. Just tap Delete Account, and all associated data will be removed.
