Delete Your Therapy Ally Account & Data

Your right to control your data

Therapy Ally, Inc. provides the Therapy Ally mobile app. We respect your right to control your data. You can permanently delete your Therapy Ally account and all associated data using either method below.

Delete from within the app

  1. Open the Therapy Ally app
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email info@therapyally.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account
  • Confirmation that you want all of your data deleted

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All of your conversation and therapy-session history
  • Your personalization data
  • Your subscription information

Timeline & retention

Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We may retain limited transaction records where required by law or for financial/tax obligations; all other personal data is permanently deleted.

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
