Arthur is a technology entrepreneur and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) in California. A graduate of Duke University, he holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. He has founded five startups and exited three, most recently serving as President of the Americas for commercetools, where he scaled the regional business to more than $100 million in recurring revenue in five years. Across those same decades, he pursued the deeper questions of self-understanding, meaning, and how people grow into their fullest potential.
Therapy Ally brings together both sides of that pursuit, business acumen and a deep understanding of human behavior.

Luciano Giavedoni is a global technology executive, and AI strategist with deep expertise in digital transformation, scalable systems architecture, and emerging AI technologies. Throughout his career, he has led technology initiatives across international markets, helping organizations modernize complex platforms and navigate large-scale innovation.
As Therapy Ally’s Technology & AI Advisor, Luciano provides strategic guidance on AI infrastructure, scalability, and the responsible integration of artificial intelligence into mental health technology.

Troy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA License No. 82993) in private practice since 2014, working with individuals and couples across a broad range of clinical needs, including trauma, anxiety disorders, addiction, grief, relationship challenges, military veterans, and underserved populations.
A member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), Troy previously served on the executive board of its San Diego North County chapter. He has also partnered with businesses and community organizations to bring mindfulness and stress-reduction strategies into workplace and group settings.
At Therapy Ally, Troy provides clinical guidance on product development, helping ensure the platform reflects ethical standards, sound therapeutic principles, and practical insight from active clinical practice.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant with decades of experience advising growth-stage and privately held companies on financial strategy, governance, and operational discipline. He brings deep expertise in tax planning, financial structuring, compliance, and long-term fiscal oversight.
Throughout his career, Jim has supported entrepreneurs and executive teams in building strong financial foundations, preparing for capital raises, managing risk, and navigating complex regulatory environments. His guidance spans forecasting, runway management, entity structuring, and investor readiness.
